JUNE 1ST 2014: The Bahamas have snuck a thrilling victory over TCI in Providenciales today, by 13 points to 11. A try to each side in the first half, with Justin Lewis scoring for Bahamas and Miguel Malcolm for TCI, saw a 10-5 score line going into the half time break. A further penalty to Bahamas early in the 2nd half saw them extend to a 13-5 lead before TCI turned the screws and came back with a further two penalty's. A last minute shot at goal from the 40 meter mark was wide which would have sealed a first ever victory. TCI now prepares for its away game vs Mexico at the end of June.

TCI vs Bahamas - Sat May 31st 2014
MAY 29TH 2014: The Bahamas side arrives today in Providenciales to prepare for Saturdays match with TCI, the 2nd in a 3 match round robin competition also featuring Mexico and Jamaica. In Round 1 of the 2014 NACRA Champs, the Bahamians hosted Mexico in Nassau, and with the Mexicans managing to secure a convincing win 33-17, the TCI narrowly lost their match to the home side Jamaica 10-6, two weeks ago.

TCI narrowly lose to Jamaica 10-6 in NACRA opener
MAY 17TH 2014: The Turks and Caicos Islands came narrowly close to an international upset in Ewarton, Jamaica on Saturday (May 17) narrowly losing to Jamaica 10-6 in the 2014 NACRA Rugby Championships. Running on hard ground in central Jamaica the TCI side elected to face the wind in the first half and played from inside their own 40 metres for most of that period.
